By now everyone should be settled into their new classrooms, making new friends, learning new subjects, having new experiences…
But are there any OLD unhealthy habits that you’re still keeping?
Like spending hours and hours inside on the computer? Or watching re-runs on TV? Or eating the same old junk food? (BTW, candy and Flaming Hot Cheetos are NOT a good breakfast!)
C’mon everyone! It’s a NEW school year! It’s a NEW you! Adopt some NEW habits!
Eat more veggies. Gobble up fruit you’ve never tried. Pick up a cool hobby. Try out for a sport you’ve never attempted. Play an instrument. Sign up for an interesting club. Talk to someone in your grade you barely know.
Who cares if you’re scared? They say the greatest risk in life is not taking one. So take one!!!
